RnB singer Trey Songz is being sued by a Jane Doe who alleges that the singer raped her anally at a house party in 2016.
According to the lawsuit, Trey invited her to a house party in Los Angeles where he allegedly assaulted her.
According to court documents, the singer invited the woman upstairs for what she thought would be consensual sex, but he turned into a “savage rapist.”
Trey’s demeanor allegedly changed as soon as they entered the bedroom, according to multiple reports published on Wednesday.
She claims the singer threw her to the ground, ripped her pants off, pinned her face down, and forced himself on her without her consent.
The woman claims she screamed in agony and pleaded with Trey to stop, even attempting to fight him off.
She further claims in her lawsuit that someone entered the room during the alleged rape, giving her hope that the “brutal rape” was over.
The woman claims she was only able to flee after Trey finished rapping her and stopped, grabbing her clothes (except her underwear) and sprinting outside to call an Uber.
Songz is currently facing two other allegations of sexual assault. The artist’s representative told TMZ that the claims were false.
“Earlier today, the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey,” His representtive told TMZ
“Hours later, that same attorney has filed this suit on behalf of an anonymous client. It isn’t hard to see what’s happening here, and it is a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault.”
