Ronaldo Brutally Slams Erik ten Hag In Scathing Interview, Says He’s Being Forced Out Of Man Utd

Cristiano Ronaldo has at last discussed his problems with Manchester United, particularly with head coach Erik ten Hag.

Ronaldo had been accused of wanting to leave the club during the transfer window, but he has since refuted the claims and accused ten Hag and other top club executives of attempting to forcibly remove him from the club.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner said this in an exclusive interview with Piers Morgan.

“‘Honestly, I shouldn’t say that. But listen, I don’t care. People should listen to the truth. Yes, I feel betrayed. I don’t have respect for him because he doesn’t show respect for me. Some people, they don’t want me here – not only the coach but the other two or three guys. Not only this year, but last year too.”

Ronaldo’s time at Manchester United under ten Hag has been rocky, to say the least. The former Real Madrid striker missed the manager’s maiden preseason training.

He has then been dropped from the starting XI severally before being dropped from the squad entirely after refusing to come on against Tottenham Hotspur.
