Landlord reportedly burns down pharmacy store worth 30 million Naira after his tenant identified as Lawrence Ifeanyi refused to vacate his property.
It was gathered that the landlord sent a notice of vacate to his tenant, but tenant refused to leave because he wanted a refund of remaining weeks, months not used.
Reacting to the tenant’s refusal to move out of his property, the land then burned down the stores worth 30 million Naira.
According to reports, the landlord rented the store out to the victim and took 2 years rent and caution fee.
Eyewitnesses said the landlord is currently detained at PANTI where he already admitted burning down the pharmacy store.
The incident happened in Lekki, Lagos state.
